AREF | Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee will be responsible for filling any vacancies on the BOT for 2025. Those positions are highlighted in yellow with no names included in the cell in the 2025 Composition document. Members with terms expiring are Jennifer Pino and Jeff Pollock (both at-large for 3 year terms), and Michael Fischer and Dallas Smith (both Immediate Past Presidents). Additionally, there are vacant positions on the Board of Governors and AMAS Board of Directors that will need to be filled as well. Finally, the Vice-Chair and the Treasurer position will need to be filled for the Board of Trustees.
